Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system and heats up through a heating system to reach the set target temperature. Its unique magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field that drives a corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed inside the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin, thus Stir the sample inside the Thermostatic bath to ensure uniform sample temperature. The temperature control system monitors the temperature with a High Accuracy Sensor and makes deviation corrections to maintain Stability and Accuracy of the temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device and set the required target temperature through the large-screen LCD display.
3. According to the experimental requirements, the flask or reaction bottle containing the sample and the magnetic Stir is placed in the Thermostatic bath.
4. Activate the magnetic Stir function and adjust the Stir speed to the required value (0~ 1500rpm) through the control panel stepless.
5. Start the cooling or heating function, and the equipment starts working to reach and maintain the set temperature.
6. During the experiment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
7. After the experiment, turn off the Stir, cooling/heating functions, and finally turn off the power.
8. If you need to drain the liquid in the tank, you can use the drain valve equipped with the equipment.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements before use.
• Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the liquid in the tank and ensure that the Stir is properly placed in the container.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not touch internal moving parts or high/low temperature surfaces.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt. If an alarm occurs, please check and deal with it in time.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to keep the water pipes open.
• Before performing maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the tank and store it properly.
