Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-05-2L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic Bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. It adopts a fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed, low noise, and external circulation function, which realizes multi-purpose in one machine. Principle
The device achieves precise temperature control of the medium in the tank through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and heating system. At the same time, its unique magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel (such as a three-mouth reaction bottle or an open flask) to synchronize the swirl/spin, so that the sample in the thermostatic or low temperature environment is uniformly and stably Stir, ensuring that the material temperature is consistent.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat conducting medium through the Thermostatic bath drain valve.
3. Place the container containing the sample and the Magnetic Stir into the tank or connect it through an external piping.
4. Turn on the power and set the required temperature through the large-screen LCD display.
5. Set the rotational speed of the magnetic Stir (0 to 1500 rpm) as required.
6. Start operation, the equipment starts cooling/heating and Stir.
7. After the experiment, turn off the Stir and temperature control functions in turn, and disconnect the power supply.
8. If you need to empty the medium, you can open the Thermostatic bath drain valve.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• The medium liquid level in the tank should be kept within a reasonable range to avoid dry burning or overflow.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank.
• Select the magnetic Stir that matches the container to ensure that the Stir is smooth and effective.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure good heat dissipation.
• When performing external circulation, ensure that the connection pipeline is unobstructed and well sealed.
• If there is an over-temperature alarm, please check the setting parameters and equipment status, and continue to use it after troubleshooting.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment to keep it clean.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and store it in the drying place.
