Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-10-2L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. Principle
The equipment achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel (such as a three-mouth reaction bottle or an open flask) to synchronize the swirl/spin, thereby Stir the sample in the thermostatic medium to achieve uniform temperature. The temperature control system monitors the temperature through the High Accuracy Sensor, and is combined with the deviation correction function to achieve accurate thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Thermostatic bath inlet and outlet pipe connected to the external circulation line (if necessary).
3. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the tank.
4. Place the container containing the sample and the Magnetic Stir into the tank.
5. Turn on the power and set the target temperature, Stir speed and other parameters through the LCD screen.
6. Start the refrigeration and Stir function, and the equipment starts to work.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, and the medium in the tank can be discharged through the drain valve.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
• Power supply voltage check before use.
• The heat conducting medium added to the tank should be appropriate and should not exceed the maximum capacity.
• Do not block the entry and exit trends during operation to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt, if there is any abnormality, it should be dealt with in time.
• When the equipment is not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the tank and keep it drying.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
