Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-30-2L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic Bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. Principle
The device achieves precise temperature control in the range of -30 to 100 ° C through the built-in fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system and heating system. At the same time, its unique magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin, thereby uniformly Stir the sample in the Thermostatic bath, so that the sample temperature remains consistent.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the drain valve, add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Thermostatic bath, and the liquid level needs to be submerged in the heating tube and Stir.
3. Place the flask or reaction flask with the sample in the Thermostatic bath and place the Magnetic Stir.
4. Set the desired target temperature and Stir speed through the LCD screen.
5. Turn on the cooling/heating and magnetic Stir functions, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off the Stir, heating/cooling functions, and disconnect the power supply.
7. If you need to empty the medium, open the drain valve.
8. If you need to use the external circulation function, connect the Thermostatic bath inlet and outlet pipe to the external device.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• The liquid level of the heat conducting medium in the tank must be immersed in the heating tube and the magnetic Stir to avoid dry burning.
• Do not start the heating or cooling function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank.
• The setting temperature must not exceed the rated Temperature range of the equipment (-30~ 100 ℃).
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power and drain the tank.
• Regularly check and clean the tank and the water inlet and outlet to prevent blockage.
• Do not touch internal swirling/spinning parts or high/low temperature surfaces with your hands while the equipment is running.
• In case of over-temperature alarm, please check the setting parameters and equipment status, and then use it after troubleshooting.
