Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-40-2L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. It adopts fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration, Temperature range, high accuracy, and external circulation function, which can realize multi-purpose of one machine.

Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling and precise temperature control of the medium in the tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin, thereby Stir the samples connected in the tank or through external circulation to make the temperature uniform. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time, and the control system adjusts according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value to maintain the temperature stability.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the tank.
3. Put the container with the sample and the magnetic Stir into the tank, or connect the external circulation line.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature, Stir speed and other parameters through the LCD screen.
5. Start the refrigeration and Stir function, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off the Stir, cooling, and finally power off.
7. If you need to empty the medium in the tank, you can use the drain valve at the bottom of the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• The medium liquid level in the tank should be kept within a reasonable range to avoid dry burning or overflow.
• Please select the appropriate heat transfer medium according to the experimental temperature requirements (low temperature silicone oil, etc.).
• Do not block the entry and exit trends during operation to ensure good heat dissipation.
• When performing external circulation, please ensure that the connecting pipeline is smooth and leak-free.
• The equipment has an over-temperature protection function. If there is frequent alarm, please check the setting parameters and equipment status.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and keep the equipment drying.
