Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-70-2L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. It adopts fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration, Temperature range is wide, Temperature Stability is strong, and it has external circulation function to achieve multi-purpose.

Principle
The equipment achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin to Stir the sample in the thermostatic medium to make it even. The temperature control system monitors the temperature through the Sensor and makes precise adjustments and deviation corrections to maintain the set thermostatic state.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the Thermostatic bath.
3. Place the container with the sample and the Magnetic Stir in the Thermostatic bath.
4. Set the desired target temperature and Stir speed through the LCD screen.
5. Turn on the refrigeration and Stir functions, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power supply of the equipment. If you need to empty the medium, open the drain valve.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• When adding heat conducting medium, the liquid level should not be too high to avoid overflow.
• Do not start the cooling function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank.
• Magnetic Stirring needs to be correctly placed in the center of the bottom of the container to ensure smooth swirling/spinning.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure good heat dissipation.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• In case of over-temperature alarm, please check the setting parameters and equipment operation status immediately.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment and keep it drying.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the tank and store it properly.
