Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-05-3L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. It adopts a fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, with fast cooling speed, low noise, and external circulation function, which can realize multi-purpose of one machine.

Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin. Stir samples in the Thermostatic bath or through external circulation to ensure uniform sample temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the drain valve, add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (if necessary) to the tank, and then close the drain valve.
3. Place the container with the sample and the Magnetic Stir in the slot or connect the external circulation port through the hose.
4. Turn on the power and set the target temperature, Stir speed and other parameters through the LCD screen.
5. Start the refrigeration and Stir function, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off the Stir, cooling, and finally power off.
7. If you need to empty the liquid in the tank, open the drain valve.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the amount of liquid in the tank is appropriate to avoid dry burning.
• Please select the appropriate size and material of the magnetic Stir according to the sample container.
• Set the temperature should not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (-5~ 100 ℃).
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but it still requires personal care during use.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the connecting pipeline is unobstructed and well sealed.
• Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the internal parts of the tank.
• Before draining or moving the device, make sure the device is powered off and chilled down.
