Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-20-3L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. Temperature range is -20~ 100 ℃, temperature resolution can reach 0.01 ℃, and equipped with 3000ml beaker capacity, suitable for experimental scenarios that require precise temperature control and uniform mixing of samples.

Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field that drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin to Stir the sample in the Thermostatic bath to ensure uniform temperature. The temperature control system monitors the temperature with a High Accuracy Sensor and is coupled with deviation correction for precise thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat conducting medium through the Thermostatic bath drain valve.
3. Put the flask or reaction bottle with the sample into the tank and put in the magnetic Stir.
4. Turn on the power and set the required temperature and Stir speed through the LCD screen.
5. Start the refrigeration and Stir function, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and remove the sample.
7. If you need to empty the medium, open the drain valve.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the equipment is well grounded and placed in a smooth, ventilated environment.
• The liquid level of the heat conducting medium in the tank should be kept within a reasonable range to avoid dry burning or overflow.
• Please select the appropriate Magnetic Stir according to the sample container and ensure that it is clean and undamaged.
• When setting the temperature, do not exceed the Temperature range of the device (-20~ 100 ℃).
• During the operation of the equipment, do not touch the internal moving parts and high/low temperature surfaces.
• If the device issues an over-temperature alarm, check and troubleshoot immediately.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment to keep the inlet and outlet pipes and drain valves unobstructed.
