Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-30-3L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system and heats up through a heating system to reach the set target temperature. Its built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field that drives the corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed in a reaction vessel (such as a three-mouth reaction bottle or an open flask) to synchronize the swirl/spin, thus Stir the sample in the Thermostatic bath to ensure uniform sample temperature. The temperature control system monitors the temperature through the High Accuracy Sensor and makes deviation corrections to maintain temperature stability and accuracy.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device and set the target temperature through the large-screen LCD display.
3. According to the experimental requirements, place the appropriate magnetic Stir in the sample container.
4. Place the sample container in the Thermostatic bath and adjust the rotation speed of the magnetic Stir system to the desired value (0~ 1500 rpm).
5. Start the cooling/heating and magnetic Stir functions, and the equipment starts to work.
6. During the experiment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
7. After the experiment, turn off the Stir, heating/cooling functions, and finally turn off the power.
8. If you need to empty the tank, use the drain valve at the bottom of the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no liquid in the tank to prevent dry burning and damage to the equipment.
• When placing the sample container, make sure that the magnetic Stir can swirl/spin freely to avoid getting stuck.
When the equipment is running, do not touch internal moving parts and high/low temperature surfaces.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• The equipment has an over-temperature protection function. If the alarm is triggered, please check the setting parameters and equipment status.
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment to keep the ventilating port open.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the liquid in the tank and store it in the drying place.
