Overview
PINGXUAN YHJD-70-3L Magnetic Stir Low Temperature Thermostatic Bath is an experimental equipment that integrates low temperature thermostatic, high temperature thermostatic and magnetic Stir functions. It adopts fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration, Wide Temperature range, Strong Temperature Stability, and built-in unique magnetic Stir system, which can directly Stir samples without external Stirrer, easy and safe to use.

Principle
The device achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its built-in magnetic Stir system generates a swirl/spin magnetic field that drives a corrosion-resistant magnetic Stir placed inside the reaction vessel to synchronize the swirl/spin, resulting in a direct, uniform Stir of samples that have been thermostatic at low or high temperatures in the Thermostatic bath. The temperature control system monitors temperature with a High Accuracy Sensor, combined with deviation correction, for precise, stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the drain valve to check and ensure that the tank is clean, and then close the drain valve.
3. According to the needs of the experiment, connect the external circulation system (if necessary) through the Thermostatic bath inlet and outlet pipes.
4. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Thermostatic bath.
5. Place the sample and the magnetic Stir in the Thermostatic bath.
6. Turn on the power and set the target temperature, Stir speed and other parameters through the large-screen LCD screen.
7. Start the equipment, start cooling/heating and magnetic Stir.
8. During the experiment, the real-time temperature and operating status can be monitored through the display screen.
9. After the experiment, turn off the Stir, cooling/heating functions, and turn off the power.
10. After the equipment is chilled down, the water discharge valve can be opened to discharge the heat transfer medium and clean and maintain it.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Before use, make sure that a sufficient amount of suitable heat transfer medium has been added to the tank.
• Do not start the heating or cooling function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank.
• The material of the magnetic Stir must be corrosion-resistant, and the size should match the container to ensure a smooth Stir.
• Do not set the temperature to exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (-70~ 100 ℃).
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends, and pay attention to observe whether there is any abnormal noise or alarm.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait for it to completely chill down.
• In case of over-temperature alarm and other failures, the cause should be investigated first, and non-professionals should not disassemble and repair by themselves.
