Overview
HP-BD48B whiteness meter (also known as whiteness meter, whiteness meter) is an instrument for measuring the whiteness of various objects. It mainly measures the whiteness of paper and Cardboard, pulp and chemical fiber pulp, cotton and chemical fiber, Spinning & weaving products, plastics, Pottery and porcelain, starch, salt, white cement, porcelain clay, talc and other objects, and can measure the Opacity of thin sheet materials and other Optical Properties.
Features
1. The instrument adopts the integrated design of light, machine and electricity, microcomputer measurement and control technology, compact structure, beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance.
2. It has the function of statistical analysis and processing of test data.
3. Wide test range, can test the whiteness (luminance), Opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient and light absorption coefficient of various objects.
4. The Chinese graphical menu displays the operation interface, which is simple and convenient to operate.
Principle
This instrument conforms to GB3978-83 standard illuminating body and illuminating observation conditions, simulating D65 illuminating body illuminating. Using d/o illuminating observation geometry conditions, the diameter of the diffusing ball is 150mm, the diameter of the test hole is 30mm, and a light absorber is provided to eliminate the influence of the specular reflection of the sample. The peak wavelength of the Light spectrum power distribution of the R457 whiteness Optical inspection system is 457nm, and the half-height width is 44 nm. The Y10 Optical inspection system conforms to the GB3979-83 object color Measuring method.
Applications
Paper and Cardboard, Pulp and Fiber Pulp, Cotton and Fiber, Spinning & Weaving Products, Plastics, Pottery and porcelain, Pond porcelain, Starch, Salt, White cement, Ceramic clay, Talc
Standards
GB/T 7933-87, GB/T 7974-87, GB/T 8940.2, GB/T 1840, GB/T 2913, GB/T 13025.2, GB/T 1543-88, GB/T 10339-89, GB/T 5950, ISO 2470, ISO 2471, Spinning & weaving Industry standards: Determination of whiteness of pulp for chemical fibers, etc
Steps
1. Determine the blue light diffuse reflection factor (R457) of the sample, which is called "blue light whiteness" or "ISO whiteness" (ISO Brightness).
2. Analyze whether the sample material contains fluorescent whitening agent, and measure the fluorescence whiteness generated by fluorescence emission, that is, whiteness.
3, measuring the luminance stimulation value of the sample Y10, i.e., the green light diffuse reflection factor Ry.
4. Opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient and light absorption coefficient of the sample were measured.
5. Measure the inks absorption value of paper and Cardboard.
