Overview
HP-DLJ2000S double arm drop tester is a test equipment under the HENGPIN brand. It is mainly used to simulate the drop impact of Encasement parts during transportation and loading and unloading to identify the impact resistance of Encasement parts and evaluate the rationality of Encasement design. The equipment is suitable for surface drop, angular drop, edge drop and other drop tests.
Features
1. The drop height can be adjusted in a wide range, from 400 to 2000mm.
2. The test load capacity is strong, up to 80kg.
3. It can accommodate larger size specimens and supports 800 * 800 * 1000mm and 800 * 1000 * 1000mm specifications.
4. Equipped with sturdy baseplate, the size is 1400 * 1200mm, Film thickness up to 20mm.
5. High drop accuracy, height error is +/- 5mm, plane error is less than 1 °.
Principle
The testing machine uses the motor to drive the arms to lift the specimen to a preset drop height, and then releases the specimen to drop freely to a solid baseplate, thus simulating the drop Impact that the Encasement may encounter in a real logistics environment. Impact performance is evaluated by observing and measuring the state of the Encasement after falling.
Applications
Commodity inspection, enterprises, technical supervision agencies and universities
Steps
1. According to the test requirements (face, corner or edge drop), fix the test piece on the corresponding clamping device of the arms of the testing machine.
2. Set the required drop height (within the range of 400 to 2000mm) through the control system.
3. Start the device, and the motor drives the arms to lift the specimen to the set height.
4. Release the mechanism action so that the specimen can fall freely onto the baseplate below.
5. After the test is completed, remove the specimen for inspection and evaluation.
Notice
• The power supply of the equipment is 380V, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements and is safely grounded.
The test load shall not exceed 80Kg, and the specimen size shall not exceed the maximum allowable range of the equipment.
• Check whether the clamping device is firm before operation to ensure that the specimen will not loosen during lifting.
• Do not stand under or around the falling area to prevent accidents.
• Regular maintenance and inspection of equipment to ensure its accuracy and safe operation.
