Overview
PINGXUAN CH1020T see-through thermostatic water bath is a thermostatic device with a transparent design on three sides, which is convenient for observing the Color, flow and chemical reaction of the liquid medium in the tank. The product adopts large-screen LCD display and PID automatic control technology to provide High Accuracy, uniform temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for laboratory and Quality control and other scenarios.

Principle
The water bath receives the temperature signal of imported platinum resistance (Pt100) measurement through a single-chip microprocessor, uses PID self-tuning algorithm for automatic control, adjusts Heating power to achieve accurate and stable medium temperature in the working tank, and displays the temperature information in real time through a large-screen LCD.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable place and add an appropriate amount of liquid medium.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters through the control panel (if the program temperature control is supported, the corresponding program needs to be edited or called).
4. Start the device, start heating and thermostatic control.
5. Observe the experimental process through a transparent tank.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, make sure the device is placed smoothly and add a sufficient amount of suitable medium.
• Do not start heating without water or insufficient medium to prevent damage to the equipment.
• The set temperature must not exceed the rated Temperature range of the equipment (RT + 8~ 100 ℃).
• When the equipment is working, the temperature of the tank body and liquid may be high, please do not touch it directly, be careful of burns.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
When performing remote control or programmed temperature control, ensure that the communication parameters and program steps are set correctly.
