Overview
PINGXUAN PX-18T-III Perspective Thermostatic bath is a three-sided transparent thermostatic device that allows users to observe the Color, Flow and Chemical Reaction of the thermostatic liquid medium. The device uses LED digital temperature display and has PID automatic control function to provide users with High Accuracy, uniform temperature and controlled constant thermostatic environment.
Features
1. Adopt single-chip microprocessor control, self-tuning PID adjustment, high temperature control accuracy and small fluctuation.
2. Adopt imported platinum resistor (Pt100) for temperature measurement, providing stable and reliable operation.

4. Optional RS232 or RS485 communication interface for remote data transmission and control.
5. Optional program temperature control system, support large-screen LCD display, software program control, can edit multi-stage temperature/time Linear dispersion, and store multiple programs.
Principle
Heating power is adjusted by a self-tuning PID algorithm, and the temperature of the liquid medium in the working tank is accurately measured by the imported platinum resistor (Pt100), and the real-time temperature is displayed through the LED display screen. The system ensures that the temperature in the working tank is stable at the set value through continuous PID operation and adjustment, and realizes High Accuracy thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable workbench and add an appropriate amount of liquid medium.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required temperature value through the buttons of the control panel.
4, start the heating/thermostatic function, the device will automatically run and display real-time temperature.
5. If the optional program temperature control system is installed, it needs to be started by editing or calling the preset temperature/time program through the corresponding interface.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
