Overview
PINGXUAN PX-20T-I Perspective Thermostatic bath is a three-sided transparent thermostatic device, which is convenient for observing the Color, flow and chemical reaction of the thermostatic liquid medium. The product adopts temperature LED digital display and PID automatic control technology, which works stably and reliably, and is easy and safe to operate.
Features
1. Adopt single-chip microprocessor control, self-tuning PID adjustment, high temperature control accuracy and small fluctuation.
2. Adopt imported platinum resistance (Pt100) to measure temperature to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.
3. Three-sided transparent design makes it easy to directly observe the real-time state of the medium in the tank.
4. Optional RS232 or RS485 communication interface for data transmission and remote control.
5. Optional program temperature control system, supports large-screen LCD display, multi-stage programmable temperature/time Linear dispersion control, and can store multiple programs.
Principle
The Thermostatic bath receives the temperature signal measured by the imported platinum resistance (Pt100) through the single-chip microprocessor, and adjusts it with the PID automatic control algorithm to maintain the constant and uniform temperature of the liquid medium in the working tank. Its domestic circulation method helps to ensure the Stability of the temperature field in the tank.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable workbench and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium to the working tank.
3. Set the required temperature through the control panel.
4. Start the device, and the system will automatically adjust the PID to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
5. Monitor the condition of the medium in the tank through a three-sided transparent observation window.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and clean the working tank.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
• The added liquid medium must meet the requirements of the equipment, and the liquid level should be within a safe range.
• The set temperature must not exceed the rated Temperature range of the equipment (room temperature~ 80 ℃).
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating element or high temperature parts to prevent burns.
• Before cleaning or maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
• If the optional communication or program temperature control function, please follow the corresponding instructions.
