Overview
PINGXUAN PX-30T-III Perspective Thermostatic bath is a three-sided transparent thermostatic device that facilitates the observation of the Color, Flow and Chemical Reaction of the thermostatic liquid medium. The product uses LED digital temperature display and has PID automatic control function to provide users with High Accuracy and Uniform Temperature Constant Thermostatic Place.
Features
1. Adopt single-chip microprocessor control, self-tuning PID adjustment, high temperature control accuracy and small fluctuation.
2. Adopt imported platinum resistor (Pt100) for temperature measurement, providing stable and reliable operation.

4. Optional RS232 or RS485 communication interface for long-distance data transmission and control.
5. Optional program temperature control system, with large-screen LCD display, can edit multi-stage temperature/time program, control heating, thermostatic, cooling process, and store multiple programs.
Principle
The Thermostatic bath receives the temperature signal of the imported platinum resistance (Pt100) measurement through a single-chip microprocessor, and automatically adjusts it with a self-tuning PID algorithm to control the heating system, thereby maintaining the temperature of the liquid medium in the working tank within the set High Accuracy constant range.

Steps
1. Set the target temperature and time program according to the experimental requirements (if equipped with a programmed temperature control system).
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium to the working tank.
3. Turn on the power, the device starts to work, and automatically reaches and maintains the set temperature through PID control.
4. Monitor the experimental process through three transparent observation windows.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements before use.
• The liquid medium in the working tank must not exceed the maximum capacity and ensure that the medium is suitable for the Operating temperature range.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilator or observation window.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
