Overview
PINGXUAN PX-010TD-I Perspective Thermostatic bath is a three-sided transparent thermostatic device for easy observation of the Color, flow and chemical reaction of the thermostatic liquid medium. It uses single-chip microprocessor control and PID automatic adjustment to provide users with High Accuracy, uniform temperature constant thermostatic place, suitable for research institutes, colleges and universities, factory laboratories, Quality control departments, etc.

Principle
The device is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, uses a self-tuning PID algorithm to adjust the heating system, and uses the imported platinum resistance (Pt100) as a temperature sensor for accurate temperature measurement, so as to achieve High Accuracy and Low Volatility thermostatic control. The liquid in the working tank ensures uniform temperature through domestic circulation.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, set the target temperature and time parameters by pressing the device button or calling the stored program.
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium to the working tank.
3. Turn on the power supply, and the device will automatically perform heating, thermostatic or cooling control according to the setting program.
4. Monitor the experimental process through three transparent observation windows.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power supply and clean up the maintenance equipment as required.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements before use.
• When adding liquid to the working tank, do not exceed the maximum allowable capacity and ensure that the liquid medium is suitable for the Operating temperature range.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the ventilator or observation window.
• Before cleaning or maintenance, be sure to cut off the power and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
• Do not use sharp or hard objects to scratch the acrylic Glass surface of the observation window.
• If the communication interface is optional, please connect it correctly according to the instructions to avoid misoperation.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to empty the liquid in the working tank and keep the equipment drying.
