Overview
PINGXUAN PX-015TD-III Perspective Thermostatic bath is a thermostatic device with three-sided transparent design, which is convenient for observing the Color, flow and chemical reaction of the thermostatic liquid medium. It adopts large-screen LCD display and PID automatic control technology, with high temperature control accuracy and stable and reliable work. It is widely used in laboratories in bioengineering, food, chemical, metallurgy, petroleum and other fields, providing users with High Accuracy and uniform temperature thermostatic environment.

Principle
Perspective Thermostatic bath uses a single-chip microprocessor as the control core, and the temperature is accurately measured through an imported platinum resistance (Pt100) Sensor. According to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, the controller uses a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm to automatically adjust the Heating power to achieve High Accuracy and Low Volatility thermostatic control. Its domestic circulation method helps to ensure uniform temperature in the working tank.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable table and add an appropriate amount of liquid medium.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature value through the buttons of the control panel.
4. Start the heating, and the device will automatically run the PID control to reach and maintain the set temperature.
5. (If the optional program controls the temperature) You can edit or call the multi-stage temperature/time program through the control panel to set the heating, thermostatic and cooling process.
6. After use, turn off the power and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
• Please use the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The liquid medium in the working tank must not exceed the maximum capacity and ensure that the medium is clean.
• The set temperature shall not exceed the Temperature range (0~ 80 ℃) indicated by the equipment.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating parts and high-temperature liquids to prevent burns.
When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply first to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
• If the communication function is optional, please connect the interface correctly according to the instructions.
• When an abnormality occurs, it should be stopped immediately and checked.
