Overview
PINGXUAN PX-018TD-I Perspective Thermostatic bath is a thermostatic device with a three-sided transparent design, which is convenient for observing the Color, Flow and Chemical Reaction of the thermostatic liquid medium. It is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor and automatically adjusted by PID to provide users with a constant thermostatic place with High Accuracy and uniform temperature. It is suitable for research institutes, universities, factory laboratories and Quality control departments.

Principle
The perspective Thermostatic bath is controlled by a single chip microprocessor. Heating power is adjusted by self-tuning PID algorithm, and the imported platinum resistance (Pt100) is used as a temperature sensor for accurate temperature measurement, so as to achieve High Accuracy and Low Volatility thermostatic control. Its domestic circulation method ensures uniform and stable temperature in the working tank.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and add an appropriate amount of liquid medium.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature through the buttons on the control panel.
4. Start the heating, and the device will automatically perform PID temperature control to reach the set temperature and maintain stability.
5, if the optional program temperature control system, you can press the button to write or call the stored temperature/time program to control the heating, thermostatic, cooling process.
6. After use, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.

• The liquid medium added must not exceed the maximum working capacity and ensure that its properties are suitable for the Temperature range of the equipment (0~ 80 ℃).
• Please pay attention to safety during operation to avoid electric shock or burns.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft damp cloth, and avoid using corrosive cleaners.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid medium and keep the equipment drying.
