Overview
PINGXUAN PX-018TD-II Perspective Thermostatic bath is a thermostatic device with a three-sided transparent design, which is convenient for observing the Color, Flow and Chemical Reaction of the thermostatic liquid medium. It adopts single-chip microprocessor control and PID automatic adjustment to provide users with High Accuracy, uniform temperature and stable thermostatic environment, suitable for research institutes, universities, factory laboratories and Quality control departments.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses a single-chip microprocessor as the control core, and the temperature is accurately measured by the imported Platinum Resistance (Pt100) Sensor. The control system is self-tuning and adjusting based on the PID algorithm. By controlling the heating or cooling elements, the temperature of the liquid medium in the working tank can quickly reach and stabilize at the set value, achieving High Accuracy and Low Volatility thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable table and add an appropriate amount of liquid medium.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required target temperature through the buttons of the control panel.
4. Start the heating/cooling function, and the equipment starts to operate and automatically controls the temperature.
5. Observe the real-time temperature and working status through the large-screen LCD display.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
* Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
The added liquid medium must meet the requirements of the equipment, and the liquid level should be within a safe range.
* The set temperature must not exceed the Temperature range (0~ 80 ℃) indicated by the equipment.
Do not touch internal heating or moving parts while the device is running.
When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply first to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
* If optional communication or program temperature control function, please follow the corresponding instructions to set and operate.
