Overview
PINGXUAN PX-018TD-III Perspective Thermostatic bath is a thermostatic device with a transparent design on three sides, which is convenient for observing the Color, Flow and Chemical Reaction of the liquid medium in the tank. It adopts large-screen LCD display and PID automatic control technology, with accurate temperature control and stable operation. It is suitable for various laboratories and industrial fields that require High Accuracy thermostatic environment.

Principle
The perspective Thermostatic bath uses a single-chip microprocessor as the control core, and the temperature is accurately measured through an imported platinum resistance (Pt100) Sensor. The control system automatically adjusts based on the PID algorithm to achieve precise control of the heating or cooling elements, thus ensuring that the temperature in the working tank is uniform and constant, with minimal fluctuation.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium to the working tank.
2. Connect the power supply of the device.
3. Set the required temperature through the control panel.
4. Start the device, and the system will automatically perform PID temperature control to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
5. If the program temperature control function is optional, you need to edit and run the preset temperature/time program in the control system.
6. After use, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is used within the specified Temperature range (0~ 80 ℃).
• Please read the instructions carefully before operation to ensure correct connection of power supply and piping (if applicable).
• Keep the equipment and surrounding environment clean to avoid debris falling into the working tank.
• When the equipment is running, do not cover the ventilating port or touch the high/low temperature parts.
• Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
• If the communication interface is optional, please connect and set it according to the specifications.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to empty the liquid in the working tank and store it properly.
