Overview
PINGXUAN PX-030TD-I Perspective Thermostatic bath is a thermostatic device with a three-sided transparent design, which is convenient for observing the Color, Flow and Chemical Reaction of the thermostatic liquid medium. It is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor and automatically adjusted by PID to provide users with High Accuracy, Uniform Temperature and Stable Thermostatic Place, which is widely used in laboratories in bioengineering, food, chemical, metallurgy, petroleum and other fields.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, uses a self-tuning PID algorithm to adjust the Heating power, and uses the imported platinum resistance (Pt100) as a temperature sensor to accurately measure the temperature, so as to achieve accurate and stable control of the temperature of the liquid medium in the working tank.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, set the target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters by entering the key, shift key, and increase/decrease key, or directly call the stored temperature/time program.
2. If you use the program temperature control function, you can edit multi-stage temperature/time Linear dispersion, set the heating, thermostatic, cooling process and rate.
3. Start the equipment, and the system will automatically control and maintain the temperature in the working tank to the set value.
4. Observe the experimental process through a three-sided transparent tank.
5. After the experiment, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
