Overview
HP-MCJ inks printing friction tester, also known as friction fastness tester or inks friction resistance tester, is suitable for testing Abrasion Resistance of surface coatings, PS plate photosensitive layer, etc. of printing products. The equipment can perform dry grinding, wet grinding, decolorization change, paper blur and special friction tests, effectively analyze the problems of poor printing resistance, poor adhesion, ink layer peeling, inks decolorization, PS plate low printing resistance and poor coating Hardness. It is a professional test instrument for evaluating the abrasion resistance or abrasion resistance of ink on paper or Cardboard.
Features
1. Microcomputer control, electromechanical integration, lightweight appearance.
2. Adjustable setting of friction times for accurate testing.
3. The number of swings is automatically counted.
Principle
The testing machine adopts reciprocating friction mode. By setting the friction load, frequency and stroke, the friction head reciprocates on the surface of the sample to simulate the friction and abrasion process in actual use. The microcomputer control system automatically counts the number of friction times and automatically stops after reaching the preset value to evaluate the wear resistance of the sample.
Applications
Printing product surface coating abrasion resistance testing, PS plate photosensitive layer abrasion resistance testing, inks resistance testing, paper fuzz testing
Standards
"GB/T 7706 letterpress plate decoration printing products", "TAPPI-UM486", "JIS-5071-1"
Steps
Prepare the sample according to the test requirements, and the recommended size is 200 * 100mm.
2. Fix the sample on the testing machine bench.
3. Select and set the friction load (e.g. 2lb or 4lb) according to the test criteria.
4. Select the desired friction frequency (21/43/85/106cpm four-speed adjustable).
5. Set the required number of frictions (0 to 9999) through the microcomputer control system.
6. Start the equipment and start the friction test.
7. After the equipment reaches the set number of times, it automatically stops, and the sample is removed for evaluation.
Notice
* Before operation, make sure that the Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz, and check whether the equipment is well grounded.
According to the test standards and requirements, correctly select the friction load, frequency and test mode (dry grinding/wet grinding, etc.).
The specimen should be flat and fixed to ensure that the friction surface is in full contact with the friction head.
During the operation of the equipment, do not touch moving parts.
Clean the equipment regularly to keep the friction head and test area clean.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
