Overview
PINGXUAN GX-2050 high temperature thermostatic circulator is a high temperature heating source, suitable for jacket Reaction Kettle, chemical pilot reaction, high temperature distillation, semiconductor industry and other fields. It adopts microcomputer intelligent control system, rapid heating, stable temperature, easy operation, can realize water and oil dual-use, high temperature up to 300 ℃.

Principle
The device heats the heat transfer medium (water or oil) in the working tank through the built-in heating element, and precisely controls the temperature through the microcomputer intelligent control system. The external circulation pump pumps out the thermostatic medium to provide thermostatic circulation for external equipment (such as the jacket Reaction Kettle) for precise temperature control. The optional programmed temperature control system can preset multi-stage temperature and time programs to automatically control the heating, thermostatic and cooling processes.

Steps
1. Select the heat transfer medium (water or oil) as required and add it to the working tank.
2. Set the target temperature by touching the button.
3. Turn on the device, and the system will automatically heat and stabilize the temperature.
4. Connect the external equipment pipeline and start the external circulation pump for thermostatic circulation.
5. (If equipped with program temperature control) Edit or call the preset temperature/time program to run through the control panel.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.
Notice
• Select the appropriate heat transfer medium (water or oil) according to the Temperature range.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not touch high-temperature parts to prevent burns.
• Ensure that the circulation pipeline is firmly connected and free of leakage.
• Regularly check and replace the heat conducting medium to keep the equipment clean.
• When operating at high temperature, pay attention to ventilating and safety protection.
• The optional cold water circulation device needs to be connected to a reliable tap water source.
