Overview
ZB-A automatic Colorimeter is a professional measuring instrument under the ZHIBANG brand. It is mainly used to measure the whiteness, yellowness, Color and color difference of objects, and has various functions such as Opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient, light absorption coefficient and inks absorption value of paper. The instrument is widely used in papermaking, printing, Pottery and porcelain, chemical industry, Spinning & weaving printing and dyeing, building materials, grain, salt making and other industries.

7. Equipped with a communication interface, it can communicate with microcomputer software.

Principle
The ZB-A Colorimeter is based on the principle of diffuse reflection for measurement. The instrument simulates the D65 illuminator and adopts the geometric conditions of d/o (diffuse illumination, vertical observation). After the ray of light shines on the surface of the sample, the integrating sphere inside the instrument collects the diffuse reflection light, and automatically switches and locates it through the optical path system, and receives the signal from the Sensor. After the signal is converted by the high-speed operational amplifier and the High Accuracy ADC, the 32-bit MCU microprocessor is calculated according to the CIE1964 supplementary chroma system, CIE1976 (L * a * b *) color space Color difference formula and other standards, and finally various parameters of Color, whiteness and Optical inspection are obtained.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ) and turn on the instrument.
2. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding Measurement mode (such as whiteness, color difference, Opacity, etc.) on the 7.0 inch touch screen.
3. Place the sample to be tested under the test hole (the test plane of the sample is not less than φ 30mm, and the Film thickness is not more than 40mm).
4. The instrument automatically performs optical path switching and positioning, and starts measurement.
5. After the measurement is completed, the results will be displayed on the screen, and the report can be printed directly through the embedded thermal printer.
6. If you need to save data or conduct further analysis, you can connect to the microcomputer software through the communication interface.
Notice
* Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ to avoid instrument damage.
* When placing the sample, ensure that the test plane is flat and completely covers the test hole (φ 30mm), and the Film thickness does not exceed 40mm.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration and direct exposure to strong light.
* Regularly clean the integrating sphere and Optical inspection window to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Optical inspection and electronic components inside the instrument, non-professionals should not disassemble by themselves.
After use, please turn off the power.
