Overview
ZB-WLQ30 automatic horizontal computer tensile instrument is a special instrument for testing paper tensile strength and wet tensile strength. The instrument adopts horizontal design, compact structure, complete functions, convenient operation, pneumatic clamping structure to reduce human error, and professional ARM technology, with powerful data processing function, automatic reset and stable performance.
Features
1. Adopt imported servo motors for low noise and accurate control.

3. Direct measurement results: After completing a set of tests, it is convenient to directly display measurement results and print statistical reports, including average value, standard deviation and coefficient of variation.
4. Variable sample size and tensile speed: For commonly used standard size samples, the tensile test can be carried out directly at the specified speed, and the appropriate tensile speed can be set as needed to change the test length and width of the sample.
5. Degree of automation: Instrument design uses professional devices at home and abroad, single-chip microcomputer for information sensing, data processing and action control, with automatic reset, data memory, overload protection.
6. Data communication: The instrument is equipped with a standard serial RS232 interface, which can provide data communication for the host computer comprehensive reporting system.
Principle
The instrument uses a pneumatic clamping structure to hold the sample, and is driven by an imported servo motor to stretch the sample at a set tensile speed until it breaks. During this process, the monolithic microcomputer performs information sensing and data processing, real-time measurement and calculation of tensile tension, tensile strength, elongation, fracture length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, tensile energy absorption index and other parameters.

Steps
1. According to the test requirements, set the sample length, width, and tensile speed.
2. Place the sample evenly into the pneumatic clamping device.
3. Start the test, and the instrument automatically performs stretching, data collection and processing.
4. After the test is completed, the screen directly displays the measurement results and can print statistical reports.
5. Data can be transferred to the host computer through the RS232 interface.
Notice
* Power supply voltage must be AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ.
* The clamping air pressure should be kept within the range of 0.4-0 MPa.
The instrument has a range of 0 to 30N and is suitable for testing materials such as toilet paper.
* Please make sure that the sample size (length 50-200mm, width 15/25/50 mm) is set correctly before operation.
Do not exceed the maximum load of the instrument to avoid damage to the Sensor.
* Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy.
