ZB-WL100 horizontal tensile force tester is a professional testing instrument under the ZHIBANG brand, which is mainly used for accurate measurement of paper, Cardboard, Plastic film and Miscellaneous Non-metallic materials. Key parameters such as tensile strength, fracture length, elongation, tensile energy absorption, tensile index and tensile energy absorption index.

Principle
The instrument drives the fixture through the servo control system to stretch the sample at a set speed. The monolithic microcomputer senses the change of force value and displacement information in real time, and performs data processing, and finally displays the tensile curve and various measurement results in real time on the color touch screen.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz).
2. Set or select parameters such as sample length (25mm~ 200mm, default 180mm), width, and tensile speed (1~ 399 mm/min) through the touch screen.
3. Install the specimen between the fixtures.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the stretching, data collection and calculation.
5. After the test is completed, the screen directly displays the measurement results and statistical reports (average, standard deviation, coefficient of variation).
6. You can choose to print the report or upload the data to the host computer through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ.
• The range of the instrument is 100N, please do not overload it.
The stretching speed and return speed can be adjusted digitally within the range of 1 to 399mm/min, please set it reasonably according to the standard or test requirements.
The sample spacing can be arbitrarily set between 25mm and 200mm, and the default value is 180mm.
The instrument has an overload protection function, but it still needs to be operated properly.
