Overview
ZB-WL500 horizontal tensile force tester is a professional testing instrument launched by ZHIBANG brand, mainly used to test the tensile strength, fracture length, elongation, tensile energy absorption, tensile energy absorption index, tensile energy absorption index and other parameters of paper, Cardboard, Plastic film and Miscellaneous Non-metallic materials.

1. Adopt servo control for low noise and accurate control.

Principle
The instrument is driven by a servo control system, and information sensing, data processing and action control are carried out by a single-chip microcomputer. The tensile force is applied to the clamped sample, the force value and deformation are measured in real time, and various mechanical properties are calculated.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ).
2. Through the large-screen color touch LCD screen, use the Chinese menu to set the test parameters, such as tensile speed (1~ 399 mm/min), sample spacing (arbitrarily set between 25mm and 200mm, default 180mm), etc.
3. Install and clamp the specimen.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically performs tensile test, real-time display data and tensile curve.
5. After the test is completed, the instrument directly displays the measurement results and can print statistical reports.
6. Data communication can be carried out through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ.
• The range of the instrument is 500N, please do not overload it.
• The stretching speed and return speed can be adjusted digitally within the range of 1 to 399mm/min, please set it reasonably according to the standard or needs.
• The sample spacing can be arbitrarily set between 25mm and 200mm, pay attention to the firm clamping.
The instrument has an overload protection function, but it still needs to be operated properly.
• Regular maintenance to ensure indication Precision ( +/- 1%).
