Overview
ZB-BK10A automatic smoothness instrument is a special instrument for measuring paper smoothness. It is designed according to the working principle of the international general Buick (Bekk) smoothness instrument. The instrument adopts cam and spring structure, uses synchronous motor to automatically swirl/spin to load standard pressure, and is equipped with a 7.0-inch large screen color touch LCD screen, with Chinese and English menus, easy to operate, and one-click operation during testing. The instrument has the function of testing and calculating the difference between the two sides. It adopts professional components such as High Accuracy Sensor and original imported oil-free Vacuumpump, which integrates parameter testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, printing and powerful data processing capabilities. It is an ideal test equipment for papermaking, Encasement, scientific research and Quality control industries.
Features
1. Adopt cam and spring structure design, and the single-chip microcomputer automatically controls the synchronous motor swirl/spin loading pressure and paper clamping during measurement.
2. Adopt 7.0-inch large-screen color touch LCD display, Chinese and English menus, and display various data in real time.
3. With two-sided difference test function, it can test and calculate the two-sided difference of the same batch of samples.
4. Support fast measurement, provide "automatic transmission" or small volume cavity measurement options, "automatic transmission" test time does not exceed 200 seconds.
5. Degree of automation is high, professional devices at home and abroad are selected, and information sensing, data processing and action control are carried out by a single-chip microcomputer.
6. Support data communication, and connect the computer to the supporting host computer software through a USB cable for communication.
7. Using imported oil-free Vacuumpump, it can work without refueling.
8, good sealing, using foreign vacuum sealant and professional sealing technology, to meet the requirements of national standards.
Principle
The ZB-BK10A automatic smoothness instrument is designed according to the working principle of the international universal Buick (Bekk) smoothness instrument. The instrument uses a cam and spring structure to automatically load the standard pressure with a synchronous motor swirl/spin, replacing the traditional manual lever and weight structure. During the test, the instrument monitors the change of vacuum degree through High Accuracy Sensor, and determines the smoothness of the paper according to the volume and time of air leakage specified in the standard.
Applications
Papermaking, Encasement, Scientific Research, Product mass supervision and inspection
Standards
ISO 5627 "Paper and Cardboard - Determination of Smoothness (Buick Method) ", GB/T 456 "Paper and Cardboard - Determination of Smoothness (Buick Method) "
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ).
2. Select the language (Chinese or English) and test mode (e.g. standard test, automatic transmission, or two-sided difference test) through the 7.0-inch color touchscreen.
3. Prepare the specimen and place it in the test position.
4. Start the test, and the instrument will automatically complete the process of loading pressure, clamping the sample, vacuuming, and timing.
5. After the test is completed, the results will be displayed on the screen, with options to view, store, or print the data.
6. For data communication, you can connect to the computer via a USB cable and use the supporting software.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench.
• Please check whether the sealing of the instrument is good before testing.
• When using "automatic transmission" to test high-smoothness samples, please note that the test time should not exceed 200 seconds.
• Regular maintenance and inspection of Vacuumpump and Miscellaneous critical components.
• When connecting the computer for data communication, please use the manufacturer's supporting software and USB cable.
Do not place heavy objects or liquids on the instrument.
• Follow relevant safety regulations when operating.
