Overview
ZB-KY20 carton compression testing machine is a large-scale special equipment used for corrugated boxes and similar Encasement containers for compressive strength and stacking strength testing. The machine adopts mechatronics structure and consists of a force application system and a measurement and control system. The force application system includes AC servo motor, mechanical deceleration system, High Accuracy screw and force pressure plate. The measurement and control system integrates High Accuracy Sensor and mainstream ARM chip, with strong data processing capability. The instrument adopts color touch widescreen as the man-machine interface, menu operation, stable and reliable performance, high measurement accuracy, powerful test function and simple and fast operation.
Features
1. Strength test: It can test the maximum pressure resistance of boxes such as cartons.
2. Quantitative test: The preset data can be used to detect whether the box meets the preset compression or deformation requirements.

Principle
The testing machine drives the mechanical deceleration system and the High Accuracy screw drive system through the AC servo motor to drive the force pressure plate to apply pressure to the sample. The measurement and control system uses the High Accuracy Sensor to collect the force value data in real time, and the ARM chip performs data processing to automatically track the test process and record the results. The test data and Linear dispersion are displayed in real time, and can be communicated with the computer.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ).
2. Set the test parameters (such as test type, preset force value or deformation, stacking time, etc.) through the color touch screen man-machine interface.
3. Place the carton or Encasement to be tested in the center of the platen.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically compresses at a set speed (e.g. 10mm/min).
5. During the test, the system automatically tracks and displays the force value, deformation data and Linear dispersion in real time.
6. Automatic stop after the test reaches the end condition (e.g. maximum pressure, preset deformation, or time).
7. View and record the test results, and transfer the data to the host computer through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ requirements before use.
When placing the sample, ensure that it is located in the center of the platen to ensure the accuracy of the test.
• Note that the working stroke of the platen is 800mm, do not exceed its limit position.
• Instrument Indication Error < +/- 1% and should be calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy.
When conducting long-term tests such as stacking, please ensure that the environment is stable and there is no human interference.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or adjust mechanical and electrical parts without authorization.
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust and debris affecting the transmission components.
