Overview
ZB-KY series carton compression testing machine is a special large-scale test equipment for corrugated boxes and similar Encasement containers for compressive strength and stacking strength testing. The equipment is a mechatronics structure, composed of a force system and a measurement and control system. It adopts AC servo motor, High Accuracy screw drive, and is equipped with a color touch widescreen man-machine interface. The performance is stable and reliable, the Measurement accuracy is high, and the operation is simple and fast.

Principle
The testing machine drives the mechanical deceleration system and the High Accuracy screw drive system through the AC servo motor to drive the pressure plate to apply pressure to the sample. The measurement and control system adopts High Accuracy Sensor and ARM chip to automatically track the test process, collect and process data in real time, display the test results and Linear dispersion, and realize automatic test.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ).
2. Set the test parameters (such as test type, preset force value or deformation, stacking time, etc.) through the color touch screen man-machine interface.
3. Place the carton to be tested in the center of the platen.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically pressurizes at the set speed (e.g. 10mm/min).
5. During the test, the system automatically tracks and records the data, and displays the force value-deformation Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the test reaches the end condition (e.g. maximum pressure, preset deformation, or time), it will automatically stop and save the test results.
7. After the test is completed, the platen is reset at high speed (up to 100mm/min).
Notice
Equipment should use a compliant power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ).
When placing the sample, ensure that it is located in the center of the platen to ensure the accuracy of the test.
Before testing, the test parameters should be set correctly according to the standards or requirements.
• Note that the working stroke of the platen is 1000mm, and the height of the sample should not exceed this range.
• Regularly check the parallelism of the platen (standard is < 2 * B mm/1000, B is the width of the platen) to ensure the accuracy of the equipment.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not approach moving parts.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment without authorization.
