ZB-KY50 carton compressive strength tester is a special large-scale test equipment for corrugated cartons and similar Encasement containers for compressive strength and stacking strength testing. The equipment is a mechatronic structure, composed of a force application system and a measurement and control system. It adopts AC servo motor, High Accuracy screw drive, and a measurement and control system based on ARM chip and High Accuracy Sensor. It has powerful data processing function, automatic tracking of the test process, automatic recording of results, and full touch operation through a color touch widescreen.

Principle
The instrument drives the mechanical deceleration system and the High Accuracy screw drive system through the AC servo motor, and drives the force pressing plate to apply pressure to the carton and other samples. The measurement and control system uses the High Accuracy Sensor to collect the force value data in real time, which is processed by the mainstream ARM chip. Automatically track the test process, record the results, and display the test data and Linear dispersion in real time.
