Principle
The instrument uses High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to measure the paper sample under standard contact pressure and contact area through the measurement head, and automatically completes the collection and processing of Film thickness data.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Set test parameters (e.g. quantitative, for tightness calculation) through a large-screen color touchscreen.
3. Place the test pattern on the measurement table.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the measurement.
5. Output the test results through the micro printer.
Notice
• Ensure that the parallelism of the measurement plane meets the requirements (≤ 0.002mm).
• Ensure that the contact pressure is within the standard range (100 +/- 10kPa).
• Ensure that the contact area meets the standard (200 +/- 5mm ²).
• Pay attention to the probe descent speed (≤ 3mm/s).
• Make sure the instrument is calibrated before use.
