Overview
ZHIBANG ZBH-4 (one thousandth) Paper and Cardboard Film thickness meter is a special instrument for the measurement of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous Film thickness. The instrument is an indispensable and commonly used equipment in Cardboard, carton production, scientific research and commodity inspection enterprises and departments.

2. The contact pressure is 100 +/- 10kPa, meeting the standard requirements.

Principle
The instrument applies constant pressure to the sample placed on the measurement table through the precision measurement head according to the contact pressure and measurement area specified in the standard, so as to accurately measure the Film thickness value of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench.
2. Turn on the power supply and perform the necessary preheating or calibrating (if necessary).
3. Place the test paper or Cardboard sample flat on the measurement table.
4. Operate the measurement head down and apply the contact pressure specified in the standard to the sample.
5. Read and record the Film thickness value displayed on the display screen or dial.
6. Raise the measurement head, take out the sample, and the measurement is complete.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly before use.
• Before measurement, confirm that the instrument has been calibrated to ensure Measurement accuracy.
When placing samples, ensure that they are flat and free from wrinkles or warping.
• Smooth operation is required when pressure measurement is applied.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments regularly.
• Do not use over the range.
• Keep the measurement surface clean to avoid affecting the measurement results.
