Overview
ZB-SL1000 paper Tear tester is designed according to the requirements of GB/T 455.1 standard, equivalent to ISO1974 standard, used to determine the Tear strength of paper or low-weight Cardboard with tear resistance below 1000mN.

3. Key dimensional parameters such as tear arm, initial angle, clip distance, etc. are strictly controlled according to the standard to ensure the standardization of testing.
Principle
The instrument applies tearing force to the specimen under the tearing arm, initial angle and clamping distance specified by the standard through a specific mechanical structure, and measures and records the maximum force required to tear the specimen a certain distance (43 +/- 0.5mm).

Steps
1. According to the standard requirements, the preparation sample.
2. Hold the specimen correctly between the paper jacks of the instrument.
3. Start the instrument and perform a tear test.
4. Record the tearing force value displayed by the instrument.
