Overview
ZB-SL type computer measurement and control paper tearing degree instrument is a special instrument for measuring paper tearing degree, mainly suitable for all kinds of paper tearing degree measurement, can also be used for lower strength Cardboard tearing degree measurement, is paper, Encasement, mass detection institutions and other departments of satisfactory testing equipment.
Features
1. High accuracy: High Accuracy Sensor is used to make the resolution up to 0.1mN, ensuring that the test Precision error is within +/- 1%. The instrument is currently a tearing meter with high accuracy in China and users can use their own weight for indication and correction.
2. Stability: The attached weighing weight can be easily calibrated at any time, and the built-in pendulum shaft friction compensation device reduces the influence of friction on the test, making the results more accurate and stable.
3. Easy to use and easy to operate: large-screen color touch screen display, friendly man-machine interface operation, fully automatic test completion, with test data statistical processing function, micro-printer output. Automatic pendulum release control and automatic memory and display of results, reducing human error, not only easy to operate, but also stable and correct results.
4. Measurement and calibrating: The instrument is equipped with a special test weight and a built-in calibrating program, which is convenient for Measurement and calibrating departments (third parties) to calibrate the instrument. When calibrating, enter the calibrating test program and screw the test weight into the calibrating screw hole to easily perform Indication Error calibrating.
Principle
The tearing force is calculated by measuring the energy consumed during the tearing process by tearing the pre-cut specimen through the energy released by the pendulum.
Applications
Paper, Encasement, mass testing institutions
Standards
ISO1974、GB455.1
Steps
1. Prepare the sample.
2. Hold the sample between the paper jacks of the instrument.
3. Set test parameters through the touchscreen.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the pendulum release, tearing, and result calculation.
5. View and print the test results.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use.
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable bench.
• Regularly calibrate with the included test weight to ensure test accuracy.
• Before testing, check whether the cut length of the sample meets the standard requirements (20 +/- 0.5mm).
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid damage caused by accidental release of the pendulum.
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust and foreign objects affecting the test results.
