Overview
ZB-MC20 Friction Testing Machine (Friction Resistance Instrument) is a device suitable for Abrasion Resistance testing of printing ink layer, PS version photosensitive layer Abrasion Resistance and related product surface coating abrasion resistance testing. The machine can perform dry grinding, wet grinding, decolorization change, paper blur and special friction tests, effectively analyze the problems of poor printing resistance, poor adhesion, ink layer peeling, inks decolorization, PS version low printing resistance and Miscellaneous product coating Hardness.
Features
1. Adopt large-screen color touchscreen
2. A variety of friction speeds are available
3. Friction count ascending and descending sequence optional
4. The number of friction can be set between 1 and 999999
5. Automatic shutdown after the test is completed
6. Power outage memory function can be set
7. Compact mechanism, beautiful appearance, easy maintenance
Principle
The device drives the friction head to reciprocate on the surface of the sample by setting the friction load, friction stroke and friction frequency. By precisely controlling the number and speed of friction, the abrasion situation in actual use is simulated to evaluate the Abrasion Resistance, adhesion and anti-decolorization ability of the sample ink layer or coating.
Applications
Printing ink layer abrasion resistance testing, PS plate photosensitive layer abrasion resistance testing, product surface coating abrasion resistance testing
Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz).
2. Fix the sample on the test bench.
3. Set the required friction number (1-999999 times), friction frequency (21/43/85/106cpm four gears optional) and friction load (such as GB standard 20N or ASTM standard 0.9kg) through the touch screen.
4. Select the dry grinding, wet grinding or Miscellaneous test mode and install the corresponding friction head.
5. Start the equipment, and the friction head will reciprocate according to the set stroke (60mm).
6, the equipment reaches the set number of automatic shutdown, observe and record the sample surface abrasion or decolorization.
Notice
* Power supply voltage in AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz range.
Before testing, set the friction load correctly according to relevant standards such as GB or ASTM.
When the device is running, do not touch moving parts.
When conducting wet grinding tests, be careful to prevent liquids from splashing into the equipment.
Maintain equipment regularly to ensure its operating accuracy.
Do not operate beyond the parameters specified by the equipment.
