Overview
ZB-BT10 Stiffness meter is a special instrument for measuring the stiffness of paper cups and paper bowls. This instrument is designed according to the basic requirements of QB/T 2294 "Paper Cup" standard for instruments and the general technical requirements of JJG157 "Non-metallic tensile, pressure and multi-functional testing machine". It is a paper cup physical performance testing equipment required by paper cup manufacturers and related scientific research and Quality control departments.
Features
1. Adopt single-chip microcomputer control technology.
2. Equipped with aluminum alloy panel, the standard button is sensitive and durable.
3. LCD Chinese display, with test data memory function.
4. High-speed thermal printer printout.
5. The test is completed automatically, and the probe is automatically reset.
6. With test data statistical processing function.
Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the cup body through the probe to measure its ability to resist deformation, that is, stiffness. The probe moves (9.5 +/- 0.5) mm relative to the test speed of (50 +/- 2.5) mm/min, and converts the force value signal into an electrical signal through the Sensor, which is processed by the microprocessor and displayed and printed.
Applications
Paper cup manufacturers, related scientific research departments, Quality control departments
Standards
QB/T 2294、JJG157、GB/T27590-2011
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V, 50Hz).
2. Place the tested paper cup or bowl between the two probes and adjust the opening distance (40~ 120mm).
3. Set parameters or select the preset test program through the panel buttons.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the pressure, measurement and data collection.
5. After the test is completed, the probe is automatically reset, and the result is displayed on the LCD screen and printed out by the thermal printer.
6. It can be tested multiple times, and the instrument is equipped with data statistical processing capabilities.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC 220V, 50Hz.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench.
Before testing, make sure that the probe meets the requirements for neutral (≤ 0.2mm).
When placing the specimen, ensure that it is located in the center of the two probes.
* Do not exceed the Measurement range of the instrument (1~ 30N).
Periodically calibrate the instrument to ensure indication Precision ( +/- 1%).
Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust and liquids.
Non-professionals should not disassemble the instrument.
