Overview
The HP-WGW-S light transmitter haze tester is a professional test instrument under the HENGPIN brand. It is suitable for light transmitter and haze testing of transparent and translucent parallel plane samples (such as plastic sheets and sheets), as well as turbidity or clarity measurement of liquid samples (such as water and beverages). The instrument is automatically operated by a computer and is easy to use. It can display light transmitter and haze values at the same time, and is equipped with a standard printing interface.
Features
1. Suitable for the testing of transparent, translucent parallel plane samples and liquid samples.
2. The computer operates automatically, making it easy to use.
3. Can display light transmitance and haze value at the same time.
4. It has a standard printing interface.
5. Wide measurement range, light transmitance 0% - 100%, haze 0% - 30%.
6. Precision, light transmitance Precision 1%, haze Precision 0.5%.
7. Repeatability is good, light transmitance Repeatability 0.5%, haze Repeatability 0.1%.
Principle
Optical inspection standards are used to calculate the light transmitance and haze values by measuring the change in the luminous flux of light passing through the sample. For parallel plane samples, the total amount of transmitted light and the scattered luminous flux are measured; for liquid samples, the clarity is assessed by measuring the turbidity. The instrument automatically completes data collection and calculation and displays the results.
Applications
Testing of transparent and translucent materials such as plastic sheets and sheets, determination of turbidity or clarity of liquids such as water and beverages
Standards
GB 2410-80、ASTM D1033-61、JIS k7105-81、GB2410—80、ASTM D1003—61(1997)
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V +/- 22V, 50 Hz +/- 1Hz) to ensure that the instrument works in a suitable environment (temperature 10 ℃~ 30 ℃, relative humidity not more than 85%).
2. Turn on the instrument power supply, preheat and initialize.
3. Prepare the sample to ensure that the sample size is suitable for a closed sample compartment (50 x 50mm).
4. Place the sample in the sample compartment and secure it.
5. Start the test program through the computer or instrument panel.
6. The instrument automatically measures and calculates, and simultaneously displays the light transmitance and haze value on the display.
7. Test results can be printed through the standard printing interface.
8. After the test is completed, remove the sample and power off the instrument.
Notice
Please ensure that the operating power supply is AC 220V +/- 22V and the frequency is 50 Hz +/- 1Hz.
* The instrument should be used under the conditions of environment temperature 10 ℃~ 30 ℃ and relative humidity not more than 85%.
The sample size needs to be adapted to a closed sample compartment (50 x 50mm).
* Measurement range: light transmitance 0% - 100%, haze 0% - 30%, please do not exceed the range of testing.
* The minimum reading of the instrument is 0.1%, please pay attention to the reading accuracy.
* Please keep the instrument clean before and after use to avoid dust contamination of Optical inspection parts.
Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the instrument without authorization.
