Overview
HP-RF300B five-point Heat sealing tester is a test equipment using hot-pressing sealing method under HENGPIN brand. It is mainly used to determine the heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure and other key parameters of Plastic film substrates, Soft Encasement composite films, Spreader paper and other heat sealing composite films. The instrument can accurately evaluate the performance differences of heat sealing materials with different melting points, thermal stability, flowability and Film thickness through standardized design and standardized operation, so as to obtain reliable heat sealing test indicators.

Principle
The instrument is tested using a hot-sealing method. The heat sealing knife is precisely heated by an independent digital PID temperature control system, and controlled pressure is applied by a pneumatic system. The user can set different heat sealing temperature, time and pressure parameters, and the instrument heat seals the sample under the set conditions to simulate and measure the performance of the material in the actual heat sealing process.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz).
2. According to the test requirements, set the heat sealing temperature (RT +~ 300 ℃), heat sealing time (0.01~ 9999.99s) and heat sealing pressure (0~ 0.7Mpa) on the digitalization control panel.
3. Optional combination temperature or layer temperature setting function to improve test efficiency.
4. Place the sample to be tested between the heat sealing knives.
5. Start the equipment, and the pneumatic system drives the heat sealing knife to complete the heat sealing process under the set temperature, time and pressure.
6. After the heat sealing is completed, the sample is taken out for subsequent performance evaluation.
Notice
• The equipment should be placed on a stable bench and ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz).
• Please check whether the pneumatic system connection is reliable before operation.
• The temperature of the heat sealing knife is very high at work and just at the end, please pay attention to anti-scalding and avoid direct contact.
The equipment has a leakage protection design, but it is still necessary to ensure that the grounding is good, and pay attention to the safety of electricity during operation.
• Regularly check the flatness and cleanliness of the surface of the heat sealing knife to ensure uniform heat sealing effect.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble the equipment, so as not to damage the precision parts or affect the test accuracy.
