Overview
Paper corner guard/paper tube compressive strength tester (model: HP-ZKYJ-03) is a testing instrument used to test the compressive strength performance of articles. It is mainly suitable for the compressive strength and flexural strength of L-shaped paper corner guard and the compressive strength test of various industrial paper tubes and chemical fiber paper tubes. It is an ideal testing equipment for manufacturers, mass testing institutions and other departments. In addition, the instrument can also be used to test paper cups, paper bowls, small Encasement boxes and Miscellaneous types of small containers.

Principle
The tester is driven by a High Accuracy motor to apply pressure to the samples (such as paper corners and paper tubes) placed in the test space at a set pressurization speed (such as 12.7mm/min). The microcomputer processing system collects and processes the force value data in real time, automatically completes the test process, and intelligently judges the compressive strength and other performance of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested (e.g. paper corner protectors or paper tubes) in the test space of the instrument.
2. Set the test parameters through the control panel.
3. Start the test and the instrument will automatically pressurize the sample at the set speed.
4. The microcomputer system collects and processes data in real time, and the test is completed automatically.
5. After the test, the statistical results can be viewed directly through the instrument or printed using a micro-printer.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that the Power supply voltage of the instrument is 220V and properly grounded.
Do not exceed the force range of the instrument (5KN) for testing to avoid damage to the equipment.
When placing a sample, ensure that it is in a correct and stable position within the test space.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the test space while the instrument is running.
• Regularly maintain and calibrate instruments to ensure test accuracy.
• Please operate by trained personnel and adhere to relevant safety regulations.
