Principle
In the test, the method is first selected and the initial mass and the value of delta m are estimated. If the first sample is damaged, the falling mass is reduced with weight delta m; if it is not broken, the falling mass is increased. According to this, the weight increase or decrease depends on whether the previous sample is damaged. After 20 samples, calculate the total number of damaged N. If N is equal to 10, the test is completed; if N is less than 10, replenish the sample until N is equal to 10; if N is greater than 10, replenish the sample until the total number of undamaged samples is equal to 10. Finally, the system automatically calculates the Impact result.

Steps
1. Select the test method (method A or method B).
2. Estimate an initial mass and delta m value.
3. Conduct the test and adjust the falling mass according to the damage of the first sample (the mass will be reduced if the damage is not broken, and the mass will be increased if it is not broken).
4. Continue the test according to this rule, and calculate the total number of damages N after completing 20 samples.
5. According to the N value, if N = 10, it will be completed; if N < 10, the sample will be replenished until N = 10; if N > 10, the sample will be replenished until the total number of undamaged samples is equal to 10.
6. The system automatically calculates and outputs the Impact results.
Notice
• Film thickness less than 1mm Plastic film or sheet.
• Before testing, choose method A or method B according to the standard.
• The test needs to provide a 0.6MPa gas source (user-provided), and the gas source interface is φ 8mm polyurethane tube.
The sample size should be greater than 150mm x 150mm.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating, you can use manual or pedal start mode.
