Overview
HP-MXD-03 Coefficient of Friction tester is suitable for measurement Plastic film and sheet, rubber, paper, Cardboard, woven bag, fabric style, communication cable and cable metal composite belt, conveyor belt, wood, coating, brake pads, wipers, shoe materials, tires and other materials when sliding Coefficient of Friction and dynamic Coefficient of Friction. By measuring the smoothness of materials, you can control and adjust the mass production process index of materials to meet the requirements of product use. In addition, it can also be used for the measurement of the smoothness performance of cosmetics, eye drops and other daily chemical products.
Features
1. Microcomputer control, LCD display data and results.
2. Full Chinese menu interface, PVC operation panel.
3. Simultaneous Detection of Dynamic and Static Coefficients of Friction.
4. Micro printer to print test reports.
Principle
The instrument calculates the static Coefficient of Friction and the dynamic Coefficient of Friction by driving the slider to move at a set speed on the surface of the specimen and measuring the resistance during the movement of the slider to evaluate the slippery performance of the material.
Applications
Plastic films and sheets, rubber, paper, Cardboard, woven bags, fabric style, communication cables and optical cables with metal composite belts, conveyor belts, wood, coatings, brake pads, wipers, shoe materials, tires, cosmetics, eye drops and other daily chemical products
Standards
GB 10006、ISO 8295、ASTM D1894、TAPPI T816
Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and install it on the instrument platform.
2. Place the slider at the starting position of the specimen.
3. Set test parameters (e.g. traverse speed) through the microcomputer control panel.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically drives the slider and measures the force value.
5. After the test is completed, the screen displays the results of Static Coefficient of Friction and Dynamic Coefficient of Friction.
6. Test reports can be printed on a microprinter.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed on a stable working table before use.
• Check whether the mass of the slider meets the standard requirements (200g) before testing.
• Ensure that the test environment temperature is within the range of 10 ° C to 40 ° C.
• Power supply voltage must be AC 220V 50Hz.
• Regularly clean sliders and test platforms to ensure test accuracy.
• Follow the instrument instructions and safety regulations when operating.
