Principle
The sample is installed between the two collets of the fixture to drive the two collets to make relative movement. Through the force value Sensor located on the moving collet and the built-in displacement Sensor of the machine, the force value change and displacement change data during the test process are collected in real time, and the performance indicators such as the compressive strength of the sample are calculated accordingly.

Steps
1. Install the specimen (e.g. a plastic bottle) between the two clamps of the instrument.
2. Set test parameters (e.g. speed) through the control panel.
3. Start the test, the two chucks move relative to each other, and the instrument automatically performs a compression test.
4. During the test, the system collects force and displacement data in real time.
5. After the test is completed, the microcomputer system automatically processes the data and generates statistical results.
6. Test reports can be printed through the built-in microprinter.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that the instrument is well grounded. Power supply voltage is 220V.
Do not exceed the maximum test force of the instrument (5KN).
When installing the specimen, ensure that it is firmly located in the center of the fixture to prevent inaccurate test data or damage to the instrument.
During the test, do not touch moving parts.
The instrument has an overload protection function, but it is still necessary to pay attention to safety during operation.
