Overview
This product is a touch screen carton compression testing machine, model HP-KYJ-08, produced by HENGPIN brand. Its measurement and control system is specially designed for tensile machines, compression machines, and electronic material testing machines. It is suitable for measuring the mechanical properties and related physical parameters of various materials under stretching, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, disbonding, puncturing, etc.
Features

Principle
The testing machine uses an imported 24-bit AD converter for data collection through its High Accuracy measurement and control system, and uses 6-point calibrating technology to ensure High Accuracy of force measurement. The system receives test parameters input by users through the touch screen, and controls the motor (servo or frequency conversion) to drive the mechanical part to apply force or displacement to the sample. During the test, the system collects force and displacement data in real time, and analyzes and processes it through software, calculates and displays various mechanical properties parameters and Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Direct input of test parameters through a 7-inch TFT color touchscreen.
2. Select the required test method (e.g. fixed load, positioning shift, etc.).
3. Start the test, and the system automatically controls the actuator to conduct the test.
4. Linear dispersion such as Force-Displacement, Force-Time, Displacement-Time, Stress-Strain is displayed in real time during the test.
5. After the test, the system automatically calculates the maximum force, yield force, average force, maximum deformation, yield point, resilience modulus and other parameters.
6. You can view, store (up to 5 groups) or statistical (10 points manually) data through the touch screen, or print the results through the optional micro printer, or connect to the PC through the RJ45 network interface for more detailed data processing and report editing.
