Overview
The interlayer Peel strength tester (LB-IBT) is used to determine the bonding strength between fibers on the paper surface (interlayer Peel Strength). Its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with relevant standards, and are mainly used in sand tube paper, white Cardboard, box Cardboard, gray board paper, kraft paper, white cardboard, parchment paper, copperboard and other multi-layer Cardboard.
Features
1. Adopt 7.0-inch large-screen color touch LCD display, the interface is beautiful and friendly, and the operation is easy.
2. Reliable sample clamping and positioning to reduce sample errors caused by sampling.
3. The whole machine has a strong steel structure and is stable, avoiding energy loss caused by vibration during testing.
4. The instrument has a built-in thermal printer, and the printing is high-speed and silent.
5. With a computer communication interface, it can communicate with the host computer software.
Principle
The testing machine works according to the measurement method of interlayer bonding strength specified in relevant standards (such as GB/T 26203, TAPPI-UM403). Apply force to the sample at a specific impact angle (90 °), measure and calculate the energy required for interlayer disbonding to evaluate the bond strength in the paper.
Applications
Sandpipe Paper, White Cardboard, Box Cardboard, Gray Paper, Kraft Paper, White Cardboard, Parchment Paper, Copperboard and other multi-layer Cardboard
Standards
GB/T 26203 "Determination of Internal Bond Strength of Paper and Cardboard (Scott) ", TAPPI-UM403 T569pm-00 Internal Bond Strength (Scott Type) Internalbond
Steps
1. Prepare samples that meet the requirements.
2. Securely clamp and position the specimen on the instrument.
3. Set test parameters through the touchscreen.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the Impact and measurement process.
5. Check the test results, which can be printed through the built-in printer or transmitted to the host computer through the communication interface.
Notice
• The power requirements are AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz 0.5A and should be reliably grounded.
The instrument should be placed on a stable bench to avoid vibration during testing.
• Ensure sample sampling and clamping meet standard requirements to reduce measurement errors.
• Note that the Measurement range of the instrument is divided into A (20~ 500) J/m ² and B (500~ 1000) J/m ², and the appropriate gear should be selected according to the strength of the sample.
• Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure instrument accuracy.
