CHENCHI ZCB-D puncture strength tester is a microcomputer-controlled Corrugated Board anti-puncture performance test instrument. The instrument has the characteristics of fast pressing, automatic reset of the operating handle, reliable safety protection, LCD display and thermal printer. It is suitable for Cardboard carton production, scientific research and commodity inspection. It is a commonly used essential instrument.

Principle
The instrument evaluates the puncture resistance of the Cardboard by puncturing the Corrugated Board specimen with a specific indenter at a specified pressure ((100 +/- 2) kpa) according to the standard method, measuring and recording the energy consumed during the puncture process. The fully computerized control system automatically completes the testing, data collection and result output.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a horizontal table and connect it to the power supply.
2. According to the estimated strength of the sample to be tested, select the appropriate range through the operation interface (A < 6J, B < 12J, C < 24J, D < 48J).
3. Place the specimen under a quick compression device and secure it.
4. Start the test through the operating handle, and the instrument automatically completes the puncture process.
5. After the test is completed, the operating handle is automatically reset, and the measurement results are displayed on the LCD screen in real time.
6. Automatically print the test report through the thermal printer, or save the data.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed in a horizontal working environment with humidity < 85%.
• Please ensure that the instrument is well grounded before use, and pay attention to safety protection during operation.
• When selecting a range, it should be reasonably selected according to the estimated strength of the sample to avoid using it beyond the range.
• Regularly maintain and calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement Precision (≤ +/- 0.5%).
• Do not place your hands or Miscellaneous items under the indenter during operation.
