Overview
CHENCHI ZCB-J Puncture strength tester is a special instrument for measuring the anti-puncture performance of paper and Cardboard. The instrument is designed with reference to ISO3036 and GB/T 2679.7 standards. It has the characteristics of fast pressing, automatic reset of the operating handle and reliable safety protection. It is widely used. It is an indispensable and commonly used equipment for Cardboard, carton production, scientific research and commodity inspection enterprises and departments.
Features
1. Reference to ISO3036 "Cardboard puncture strength determination" and GB/T 2679.7 "Cardboard puncture strength determination method" standard design.
2. Equipped with fast pressing function, easy to operate.
3. The operating handle can be automatically reset.
4. Reliable safety protection.
5. Wide range of applications.
Principle
The instrument drives the piercing head through a specific mechanism to pierce the sample with a specified kinetic energy to determine the piercing strength of Cardboard or paper. Its design meets the requirements of relevant standards for test methods to ensure the accuracy and Reliability of measurement results.
Applications
Cardboard production, carton production, scientific research department, commodity inspection department
Standards
ISO3036 "Cardboard puncture strength measurement", GB/T 2679.7 "Cardboard puncture strength measurement method"
Steps
1. According to the estimated strength of the sample, select the appropriate measurement gear (A, B, C, D).
2. Place the specimen in the instrument fixture and secure it using the quick compression function.
3. Perform a puncture test with the operating handle.
4. After the test is completed, the handle automatically resets, reads and records the measurement results.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
• Correctly select the measurement gear according to the specimen strength to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Please pay attention to whether the safety protection device is reliable when operating.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments.
• Do not exceed the instrument's maximum Measurement range (48J).
