Overview
CHENCHI KY-2 Compressive tester is a precision test instrument controlled by a microcomputer, mainly used to detect the compressive strength of cartons or Miscellaneous Encasement containers. It is a direct test equipment for judging the carrying capacity and stacking height of cartons.
Features
1. Adopting a double-screw vertical floor structure, the measurement and control part is separated from the host, resulting in a beautiful and elegant structure.
2. The transmission system uses a permanent magnet DC motor and a streamlined and practical transmission mechanism (the motor is made in Taiwan, China).
3. The test speed adopts closed-loop control (Taiwan, China frequency converter speed regulation), which makes speed regulation convenient and stable.
4. The measurement and control system uses digital circuit technology with a single-chip microcomputer as the central processing unit.
5. The test data is displayed by the display window and the test report is printed by the printer. The whole machine has a simple structure, complete functions, and convenient operation and maintenance.
Principle
The testing machine is driven by AC variable frequency gear motor to apply pressure to the sample. Sensitivity detection is adopted, which can instantaneously determine crushing and automatically stop. The measurement and control system is based on a single-chip microcomputer, which realizes closed-loop control, data collection and processing of the test process.

Steps
1. Place the sample between the platens.
2. Set test parameters (e.g. pressurization speed, return speed, stacking time, etc.).
3. Start the device and start testing.
4. The equipment automatically applies pressure, high Sensitivity detects and determines the crushing point, and automatically stops.
5. The test data is displayed in the display window, and the Chinese report (including maximum power, average value, breakpoint ratio, date, etc.) is automatically printed by the printer.

• The equipment has the functions of leakage protection, overload automatic shutdown protection and travel limit protection. Please pay attention to relevant warnings when using it.
• Please make sure to be familiar with the equipment functions and parameter settings before operation.
• Pay attention to the working stroke of the equipment and the size of the platen to ensure that the sample size is appropriate.
• The return speed is available in 12.7mm/min or 100mm/min, please set according to the test requirements.
• The device has a stacking function, which can be automatically stacked for testing within a set time.
