Overview
DL-100 quantitative Sampler is a special sampling instrument under the CHENCHI brand, which is mainly used for cutting standard samples for gram weight determination of paper, Cardboard, aluminum foil, Spinning & weaving products and other materials. The Sampler can quickly and accurately cut standard size samples, and is an ideal auxiliary test instrument for industries and departments such as papermaking, Encasement and mass supervision and inspection.

Principle
By manually pressing the lever, the Sampler drives the upper punch knife to move downward, and cooperates with the chassis to punch out a standard-sized specimen. The specimen then slides out from the side through the chute to complete the sampling process.

Steps
1. Place the instrument in a stable and firm position on the workbench.
2. Place the paper flat on the center of the chassis and hold the support beam with your left hand to prevent the Sampler from tilting forward when you press the lever. Slowly press the lever to complete a sampling where the sample falls into the chute and slides out from the side of the chute.
3. Slowly release the pressure rod and restore the upper punch knife to the starting position. Take out the sample and conduct the corresponding test.
Notice
• When operating, place the instrument on a stable and firm workbench.
• When sampling, press and hold the support beam with your left hand to prevent the Sampler from tilting forward.
• The action of pressing and releasing the pressure rod should be carried out slowly.
